These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TXZ blockchain network, associated websites (txzhub.com and subdomains), software, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

TXZ is an open-source, decentralized proof-of-work blockchain network. We provide:

• Open-source blockchain software (TXZ Core)
• Block explorer services
• Mining pool infrastructure
• Web-based wallet generation tools
• Cross-chain bridge services (wTXZ)
• Information and documentation

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of information
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Private Keys: Securing and backing up your private keys and wallet information
• Transactions: Verifying all transaction details before sending
• Security: Protecting your accounts and credentials
• Compliance: Following applicable laws and regulations
• Taxes: Reporting and paying any applicable taxes
• Due Diligence: Researching before participating in mining, trading, or other activities

6. No Custodial Services

We do NOT provide custodial services. This means:

• We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds
• We cannot recover lost private keys or passwords
• We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund transactions
• You are solely responsible for your cryptocurrency

7. Risks

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Loss of Funds: Cryptocurrency can be lost due to user error, theft, or technical issues
• Volatility: Cryptocurrency prices can be extremely volatile
• Technical Risk: Software bugs or network issues may occur
• Regulatory Risk: Legal status of cryptocurrency varies by jurisdiction
• No Insurance: Cryptocurrency holdings are not insured by any government agency
• Irreversible Transactions: Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed

8. Bridge Services (wTXZ)

Our bridge services allow conversion between native TXZ and wrapped tokens (wTXZ). You understand:

• Bridge operations involve smart contract risk
• Bridged tokens depend on proper custody of native tokens
• Bridge delays may occur due to network congestion or technical issues
• You use bridge services at your own risk

9. Mining

If you participate in TXZ mining:

• Mining profitability is not guaranteed and varies based on many factors
• You are responsible for your own equipment, electricity, and technical setup
• Pool operators may charge fees
• Rewards are subject to network conditions and difficulty

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Disrupt or interfere with the Services
• Engage in market manipulation
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate others or provide false information

11. Intellectual Property

TXZ Core software is open-source under MIT License. Website content, branding, and logos are proprietary. You may use TXZ software under the terms of its open-source license, but may not misuse our trademarks or branding.

Blockchain transactions are public and permanent. We collect minimal personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and usage.

13. Third-Party Services

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party services (exchanges, wallets, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party services and do not endorse them. Use at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access or use
• Damages from bugs, errors, or service interruptions
• Any damages exceeding $100 USD

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TXZ, its developers, and contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

16. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue Services at any time
• Update these Terms (changes posted with new "Last Updated" date)
• Change fees or features

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Services for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or any reason at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TXZ operations are based, without regard to conflict of law principles.

19. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.

21. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
